I like that this page has lots of "YES/NO" images to help you understand techniques:






"How to Ink a Drawing" - super simple explanation (w/ pictures) of a 4-step inking process that involves:
  1. cleaning up your pencil drawing
  2. putting down the base lines
  3. adding texture
  4. adding tone



"Five Reasons to Draw with Pen & Ink" -- I don't care about the reasons. This page has awesome illustrations to look at!
